Delivery to UK, EU and the rest of Europe is by post.

Delivery to USA, Canada and the rest of the world is by courier.

Multiple purchase of prints (up to 4) delivery cost is a flat rate.

Certificate of Authenticity

All limited edition prints will have its own certificate of authenticity.

Exchange & Returns:

I am confident that you'll love the print(s).  In the event that you'd like to exchange your print for a different one of equal value, you'll have 15 days from the date of delivery to contact us at info@dianepatrice.com to arrange the exchange.  You'll just need to cover the return shipping charge.

The print tubes and packaging are capable of surviving the roughest of journeys.  In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it free of charge.  Just send an email with an image of the package, print, certificate of authenticity, and order number to info@dianepatrice.com and we'll get the replacement sent right away.
